Real Life. Real talk. Unfiltered Launching November 1st 2026.

What to Expect

All Mike'd Up is a podcast hosted by Mike — a retired Port Authority of NY & NJ police officer, foster care survivor, homeless teen survivor, one of many search and recovery team officers at the World Trade Center on 09.11.2001,  later diagnosed with Au-ADHD at age 62.

Each episode goes deep on the stories behind the badge, the streets, the faith, and the diagnosis that changed everything. No scripts. No filters. Just Mike, a mic, and the truth.

Expect raw conversations about policing in America, growing up in poverty in New York City, navigating ADHD after 60 and what it means to keep going when the world tells you to stop.
